Mr. Pet's Easy Returns & Refunds

We want you and your pets to love the products you find at Mr. Pets. If something isn't quite right, we're here to make the return process simple:

What You Can Return

• Most unopened, unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 14 days of purchase. Just bring your receipt!
  
• Damaged or defective items? Bring those back – we'll replace them or give you a full refund.

A Few Notes

• Because of hygiene concerns, we can't accept returns on opened food, treats, or items that show signs that your pet's been enjoying them.
  

How We Do Refunds

• Returns usually take 4-5 business days to process, so you should see your refund appear within that timeframe.
